Everyone who works in business uses information systems. Supermarkets use computer databases to keep track of which products sell best and music companies use databases to sell CDs over the Internet. The government uses computers to track payrolls, spending, defense data and much more. The Management Information Systems (MIS) program is designed to train students to put technology to work for business, government and other organizations. You will also study computer networks, security and much more.
